Notice of Potential Customer Service Impact

Regarding the planned protests in Paris, Saturday 8 December 2018
Dear Customers,

We are writing you today in reference to our customer service levels this Saturday 8 December.

As you may have seen on the news, Paris (where our customer care centre is based) is experiencing regular protests from the « Gilets Jaunes ». There is expected to be a fourth protest this weekend.

Although our offices are based in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, far enough from the Arc de Triomphe, we expect local transportation to be seriously affected.

We have prepared a series of plans staffing wise to avoid any impact on our service levels, however, it's not always possible to account for the unpredictable nature of this kind of movement.

For all of our customers in Canada, Europe, Nigeria and Argentina you may experience a slightly longer wait time during our morning hours (9am to 11am) over the phone and by chat.

Should the situation degrade during the day as seen in last weekends events, we will keep you advised via email of any changes to our coverage.

We would like to assure you that we will continue to serve you through your preferred contact method through out this weekend. If you have any questions or comments we remain at your disposition.
